Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitoring of Azure/AWS instances/servers through monitoring tools like CloudWatch, Oracle enterprise manager, SCOM & New Relic.
• Addressing basic incidents based on standard operating procedures (SOP) provided.
• Good know of operating system, databases & middleware architecture, backup, access and space management.
• Experience in Infrastructure and Operations.
• Good Experience in AWS / Azure Cloud operations.
• Strong communication and written skills.
• Experience creating technical documentation.
