Job Details and Description:

  • Zuora is looking for a Software Engineering Intern to join our Product Engineering team to help in building validation scripts for the RevPro product. As a trainee, candidate will have an opportunity to develop his analytical, product, and technical skills needed.
  • Acknowledge and respond to the internal customers and collect necessary data for further analysis of the issue reported
  • Resolve issues by referring to Known Error Databases/documents/desktop procedures/SOPs
  • Develop validation scripts to help provide relevant data for the product issues reported
  • Complete all work within allotted timelines and SLAs
  • Execution of SQL queries, PL/SQL program units in development environment
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources. Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
