Candidate Profile and Criteria

• This recruitment of HP Enterprise is for candidates who have Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (SABA is a plus).
• WalkMe digital adoption platform knowledge/experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of instructional designs and training methodologies.
• Knowledge of competency assessment.
• Proficiency in using MS Office with advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word and SharePoint preferred.
• Experience using project management skills and business acumen, with strong analytical skills and ability to work with data.
• Experience making presentations (both verbal and written) to key stakeholders using high quality visuals.
• Highly organized and detail oriented with ability to manage to timelines effectively.
• Self-starter, strong team player and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Communicates effectively with people at all levels of the organization and with different levels of technological understanding.
• Demonstrates strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
