Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and organize periodic audits to ensure quality assured processes and systems.
• Provide technical support to vendors to sustain and continuously improve in the quality of components supplied.
• Provide technical support to establish process stability / capability.
• Identify need for corrective action by vendors for any deviations from established standards. Adherence to Quality Systems Requirements.
• Upgrade Supplier Capabilities through Formal Training.
• Understand customer needs and correlate those requirements to product characteristics. Supplier Evaluation.
• Ensure continuous improvement in Supplier Quality (GR and LR and Field Complaints related to bought-out component
