  • This recruitment of KPIT Technologies is for candidates who have completed B.E./B.Tech (Any Specialization) or BSc/ BCA/ BCom (Any Specialization).
  • For B.E/B.Tech: Candidate should have 55% and above in all Academics (or equivalent in case of CGPA)
  • For BSC, BCA and BCom: Candidate should have 55% and above in all Academics (or equivalent in case of CGPA)
  • Candidate must be permanent resident of Pune or willing to relocate to Pune for career.
  • Candidate should have No Year gaps throughout their academics.
  • Candidate should not have any active backlogs.
  • Candidate should be flexible to work in any kind of shifts.
  • Candidate must have excellent communication (written and verbal) & presentation skills.
  • Candidate should be able to work well under pressure.

Job Details and Description:

  • Role Description: Handling end to end project support:
    • Following up for updates regarding project allocations with delivery
    • Resource allocations and de-allocations
    • Travels of resources
    • Internal project movements
    • Queries of resources regarding project allocations and other
  • Fulfilment:
    • Fulfilling resource requirements internally from Bench and other pool
    • Identifying exact requirements with delivery
    • Planning on fulfilment for upcoming requirements from delivery
  • Connects:
    • Connecting with delivery for taking and providing updates
    • Connects with resources for additional support and queries
  • Salary: Annual Total Compensation:
    • For B.E/B.Tech: CTC: 3.25 LPA with 2-year service agreement
    • For BSC, BCA and BCom: CTC: 2.71 LPA with 2-year service agreement
