Icertis Internship Description

• The Intern is expected to work with the Information Technology team to help them automate day-to-day tasks and do the detailed data analysis.

• At the end of your internship, you will be required to present your results, learnings and experiences to members of the Icertis Executive team.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Streamline the Active Directory and O365 Data & Reporting/Dashboard
• Get hardware and software inventory from Microsoft SCCM, Azure AD etc and help reconcile with physical data.

• Configure Software Metering using SCCM to help us potentially save significant cost for the company.
• Help us identify and test ticketing solutions
• Identify possible solutions and automate alerts for servers,printers, network devices etc.
