Candidate Profile and Criteria
- This recruitment of Adidas is for candidates who have completed MBA in HR.
- Candidate should have 2-3 years work experience.
- Strong working knowledge of MS-Office (MS-Excel, MS-Word, MS-PowerPoint).
- Should be very good in making and giving presentations.
- Ideally SAP-HR working knowledge.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Should have excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization skills with a strong attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible for all process steps after hiring decision together with HR Services and Talent Acquisition team (issue of appointment contract, drive relocation, follow up with candidates, ensure relationship management with candidates).
- Support all administrative tasks with regard to employee relations, such as issuing new contracts/transfer letters/other required documents in cooperation with HR Services.
- Ensure org charts are available and up to date at all times.
- Make sure JDs are available and up-to-date.
- Ensure employee data integrity in SAP.
- Liasoning with statutory consultants.
- Execute the HR calendar and drive employee engagement (end to end execution).
- Coordinate and manage various HR processes: #MYbest, TLU etc and Payroll Processing. Share tracker and status reports with business and internal team.
- Process incentives and performance linked bonus.
- Payroll inputs – filing and documentation.
- Partnering with Business on HR related support.
- Responsible for all follow ups resulting from team meetings within HR department.
- Responsible for data accuracy in SAP in cooperation with HR Services and reporting.
- Drive seamless on-boarding and exit processes : induction and joining of new employees.
- Update lists and reports as required (new hires/distribution lists/open positions list etc.)
- MIS and reporting from SAP followed by thorough analysis.
- Carry out special projects (incl. presentations) and assignments as requested.
