- This recruitment of Xerox is for candidates who Graduation in specialized field (Example: Bachelor of Engineering etc.), B.Tech or MCA.
- Candidate should show a systematic, analytical approach to problem solving.
- Candidate should have good interpersonal skills and is confident in dealing with clients/users and suppliers. Excellent listening skills.
- Candidate should have above average verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Candidate should have above average proficiency using standard Office productivity applications pc-based analytical tools.
- Candidate should have above average proficiency using RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere.
- Candidate should have a broad and moderately deep knowledge coupled with working knowledge of the activities of those businesses and other organizations that use software systems.
- Candidate should take initiative to keep own and skills up to date and to maintain awareness of and, in own area(s) of expertise.
- Candidate should have technical knowledge and understanding of major technology areas, platforms, development processes and system lifecycles.
- Candidate should understand, explain and present complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with OCR/ICR, NLP, chatbot technologies is desirable.
- Key Skills: Robotic Process Automation, Intelligent Automation and Cognitive Automation, machine learning, artificial intelligence, natural language processing, Optical Character Recognition, Intelligent Character Recognition.

Job Details and Description:
- The role is that of a Robotic Process and Intelligent Automation Developer who will provide technical programming support to develop intelligent automation routines, provide on-going maintenance for those routines. he will be responsible for the functions, activities and skills required for the analysis, design, implementation, test and maintenance of all automation projects.
- Intelligent Process Automation is a key driver to delivering improved customer service, productivity and cost benefits for Xerox. The right candidate will have the ability to translate business processes into intelligent automations and to identify and communicate optimization opportunities within such processes.
- Analysis of business processes toward development of intelligent automation routines using available Xerox software packages.
- Work closely with process owners across the Xerox enterprise to identify automation opportunities and to communicate the use of intelligent automation technologies in the business.
- Become an expert practitioner on the current and future suite of intelligent automation technologies available to Xerox.
- Support all areas of the business with development, testing and deployment phases of intelligent automation projects.
- Sharing best practice and provide support to all other Automation developers.
- Plans, designs, develops, tests the software and the on-going maintenance of live and deployed automation routines.
- Close working relationship with RPA Operating Team Manager, RPA Process Controller and Lead Developer.
