Job Details and Description:
- Create and maintain package components based on supplier contracts.
- Meet or exceed all defined guidelines, especially those related to timing and accuracy of entry.
- Assist with billing issues with suppliers.
- Manage exceptions through verbal and written interactions with Supply Chain Finance.
- Maintain a strong control environment with accurate contract approvals and verifications.
- Forge favorable, strong working relationships with key constituents and cross functional partners (e.g. Supply Chain finance, Procurement, etc.)
- Create an inclusive and collaborative environment.
- Coach and on- board new members of the team in ways of working and processes.
