  • Learning and Complete Understanding of the planting methods.
  • Fully understand and master the development practices – Planting, Nursery, Roads and Bridges.
  • Take in charge of activity on day to day basis and deliver the same.
  • Assist team and Senior Plantation Managers.
  • Understand Management Requirements  and the overall targets for long term/short terms.
  • Project management ( Understanding Requirement, Budgeting, Managing Human Resources, Follow-up).
  • Ready to take Leadership position in future.
